Section 54
If the evidence to be understood is not understood or if the evidence is not to be understood, the consequences thereof
No judgment or order of the court shall be annulled merely because the evidence to be understood is not understood or the evidence is not to be understood is understood in accordance with this Act. But if the decision is affected due to the fact that the evidence that should be understood is not understood or the evidence that is not understood is understood, then such judgment or order will be null and void.
